I´m so tired... Both my kids have been sick... fever, flu and skin rush...
So, that´s been keeping me really busy.

Day 7

 

Hubbs left a week ago and I really miss him.  

We are really good friends. Actually, his is my best friend and I´m used to have him around.

So, I´m feeling kinda sad and lonely...

But... guess what?

I have my two little men sleeping by my side right now... and it feels like Pablo was near.

I´m off to bed,  could not miss this!

ORIGAMI ADDICT... Day 6

 

I was reading my favorite magazine, and I found a cute and colorful mobile made with Origami.

I couldn´t find origami paper here in Argentina (already ordered some via Amazon.com to pick up in my next trip to the US in June, yey!).

 So, I made this one with just some notsothick colored paper (don´t know the real name in english).

I  grab the instructions from here http://en.origami-club.com/ . It has animated tutorials and it´s really easy.

It´s a good idea for a brithday present or anniversary. You can make one crane for each year or something...

The one I saw in my magazine was a forty-crane origami mobile, made for somebody´s pregnacy. Each representing a week in her pregnancy. Cool idea right?.

Day 4

I'm just thrilled with my new camera and with Iphoto (the editing software for Mac).
And I'm not using my baby "full potential" yet. Just the old "pointing and shooting" method.

Day 3

Today was a really sad day...
I'm a Flight Attendant and there was an airplane crash here in Argentina.
All the people on board died, including the Captain... a dear friend of mine.
I haven't seen him in years and the news of his dead really shock me.
I think the last time I saw him was in 2000 in a flight we had together with him and my husband (wich happens to be a pilot also).
So, it's a sad day for me...
The picture I choose for today is to represent the "Crochet Fase" I'm going trough right now. I tend to go trough "fases" (strong faces)... Thank god the "Origami Fase" is over!. I'll tell about this one later.


And to finish today's post, this thing I read about my dear friend in heaven "Pilots don't die, they just fly higher"...

Day Two...

But now he is in bed with temperature, so I'm off to bed to be with him!

Day 1...

Hubby left yesterday and since then, I've been thinking a lot.

Thinking about how lucky I am...

To have such a handsome and loving Husband...

To have two beautiful, happy and healthy Boys...

To have a place we call "Home" and feels like "Heaven"...

To have the possibility to take a "year off" to be a "Stay at Home Mommy" and breastfeed my little Joy...

To have "H"around the house to help me, so I have more time for the kids...

To have a work I love...
To be healthy...
To be happy...
To be... ME...

PLAYROOM PROGRESS...

I been working on my Kids playroom for a while now...
I'm happy with the results.
I can say it's "almost finished".
The two things I would like to do  are painting and floor changing (hate carpet floor for kids) but as we are "renters" (at least for now) I won't.

The bookshelf I've made from scratch!!

My Oldest Son refuses to use "Regular Human Clothes". He has a like a "Second Closet" 

for his Costumes

And last but not least... THE VIEW of the Room! 

PS  My Hubby just left to Jordan... I'm starting with the "Nineteen Pictures" tomorrow!!.

Nineteen Days

On monday, Hubby is leaving to Jordan...yeap... Jordan. And I´m... kind of freaking out.
So, my idea is to post a picture for each day he´s gone, starting Tuesday. A photo that represents my day without him!.
All this couldn´t be possible without the help of my new baby!...

... and by "new baby" I mean the Nikon, not "Spiderman".
I´m soooo happy with it! (in this case, both Nikon and Spiderman! jaja).
Not sure how to use it yet, but just "pointing and shooting" has been great so far.

I'm wordering what do you do when Hubby is not around for so long? Has this happened to you?...
